Stokes County is set to celebrate fall in style this Saturday, September 21, with three exciting festivals lined up for the day. The day kicks off with Francisco FarmFest at 9 a.m., featuring a flyover and tractor parades at 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. The festival, held at the old Francisco School, will honor the county’s agricultural roots with live music, handmade goods, and classic Southern food. Proceeds benefit local community projects.
In Walnut Cove, FallFest runs from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., featuring live music from DJ Bone and Phase Band. With nearly 100 vendors, food trucks, and fun for kids, Main Street will be buzzing with activity. Meanwhile, King will host its 2nd Annual Oktoberfest from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., with local artists, food vendors, and a festive atmosphere that’s sure to draw crowds.
